Great American Gardeners Grace the Epcot Garden Fest
Roger Swain from the popular PBS show “Victory Garden” greeted guests during the opening weekend of the Epcot Flower & Garden Festival in March as part of the “Great American Gardeners Series,” presented by Epcot along with the American Horticultural Society.

The Great American Gardeners Series features some of the most revered gardening gurus and nature nuts from around the country. These experts will offer titillating tips and tales every Friday, Saturday and Sunday throughout the Epcot Flower & Garden Festival. Presentations in the Gardeners series are included with your Epcot ticket. Here’s who will be here in April:

Shirley Bovshow – ‘Out of the Box’ Garden Design (April 4-6)
Shirley Bovshow is an artist who also happens to be a garden designer and TV host. At Epcot, Bovshow will guide you on a garden path that goes “out of the box” and becomes a work of art.

Jeffrey Restuccio – Get Fit Through Gardening (April 11-13)
Turn your gardening adventures into a healthy lifestyle with tips from Jeffrey Restuccio, author of “Get Fit Through Gardening.”

Tovah Martin – Garden Secrets and Stewardship (April 18-20)
Tovah Martin is a popular author and frequent guest on PBS’ “Cultivating Life.” Martin will let you in on the secrets of “green” gardening experts and demonstrate how to bring an old garden into the future.

Felder Rushing – Slow Gardening (April 25-27)
Distinguished horticulturist Felder Rushing will present his favorite practical pointers for designing a year-round garden using containers and flower beds.
