Sea World Orlando Announces Bands, Brew and BBQ 2011

Kicking off February 12 this year, Sea World Orlando's annual Bands, Brew and BBQ event looks to be better than ever.

This year, the park has announced award-winning local Orlando BBQ treats, plus a Beer Garden representing 21 different breweries. This event is included with admission for four weekends beginning Saturday, February 12, 2011; it will also take place on Sundays at Busch Gardens Tampa, with even more bands.

Local favorites Four Rivers Smokehouse (Orlando Sentinel's Top Reader's Choice for the best BBQ in Orlando), Texas Cattle Co. and Smokey Bones will be cooking at Sea World, along with Sea World's own culinary team; offerings will include home-style beef jerky, kettle chips, buffalo chili and more. Those park goers willing to spend the extra cash for VIP tickets will receive the BBQ and reserved seating for the day’s concert.

The new Beer Garden features nearly 60 microbrews and craft beers from 21 different breweries; if you can't decide, don't worry. A 12-beer sampler will be offered for those who are so inclined.

This year's headliners will perform at Bayside Stadium every festival afternoon. Here's the lineup:
