The next week brings two amazing comedy performances to Orlando -- one living legend and two slacker kings who are getting a little older and still enjoying the ride.
The legendary Carol Burnett brings her one-woman show - plus audience Q&A! -- to the King Center for Performing Arts on March 29, at 8pm. "Laughter and Reflection with Carol Burnett" is happening ONE NIGHT ONLY and it will be well worth the drive to Melbourne (about an hour and a half from Orlando). If you have the time, don't miss this legendary, award-winning, exceptional funny woman.
For something a little less classic and possibly a lot more vulgar -- but still VERY funny -- get yourself over to the Hard Rock Live near Universal Orlando for Jay and Silent Bob Get Old. This evening with Kevin Smith and Jay Mewes is totally off-the-cuff and always hysterical, though definitely not for the faint of heart. Adult language WILL be used. Probably constantly. But ifyou can hack the swear words, these are two of the funniest friends you'll ever see. Their stories are entertaining and often poignant. Plus they're both known for being affable and accessible. You might even get yourself a photo opp.
