This weekend, Latin America is coming to Central Florida. Get your foodie on with tapas-sized dishes ranging in price from $1 - $5. The Latin Food & Wine Festival's Grand Tasting will take place on Saturday from 4pm - 10pm at Cranes Roost Park in Altamonte. Visitors will have the opportunity to sample food, wine, and spirits from some of the region's top chefs and distributors.
Vendors range from the upscale Ceviche House to food truck purveyors, like Mayan Grill. With such a wide selection, there's sure to be something for everyone, and if you've never had the pleasure of eating Latin American food, this is the perfect introductory course. And in addition to the amazing food and beverage selection, there will also
be cooking demonstrations and live music, including the Grammy-winning
Puerto Rican band, Black Guayaba.
Savor sensational Latin cuisine, culture, and music. If there's a better way to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, I can't think of what it might be. With free parking and admission, you really don't have any excuse to miss out on this event.
