The lounge will be open seven days a week from noon to 5pm. It features air conditioning (of course), concierge service, complimentary beverages and light snacks, plus comfy chairs and a great spot to take a break in the middle of the hottest sumemr hours. Only tickets purchased with an American Express card at the front gates of the park or via the official site are eligible for access. This is expected to be the first of many new special offers from American Express, "the official payment of choice at Universal Orlando."
The current lounge offer is available until May 15, 2012. No word on what will happen to the lounge after that date, but my guess is if it sells well and proves popular, it may be occupying that space for a long time.

It's interesting that they only would allow such a specific group of people into the lounge. I guess it's something that American Express negotiated with Universal. I wonder if there will be any other ways to gain access to these places?
